  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

These conditions are formally accepted by the Purchaser at the time of purchase. With the confirmation of the order, you declare as the Purchaser that you agree to these conditions.

In consideration of your use of Heyvue.com you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information as prompted by Heyvue.com and maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Heyvue.com has reasonable grounds to suspects that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, it has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current and future use of the Site.

It is strictly forbidden to resale any products purchased through the website or by any other means from Heyvue.com. By making an order in Heyvue.com, you are declaring that the items are for personal use only and they are not for sale or resale.

  1. CHILDREN PROTECTION

Heyvue.com is not available for users under 18 years. If you are under the age of 18, then your parent or a guardian review and accept this agreement on your behalf through Heyvue.com registration procedure.

  1. ORDERS

After ordering, the Purchaser will receive an email with their confirmation and order summary. After acceptance by the Purchaser, the order will be considered binding.

  1. SHIPPING

Heyvue.com offers its customers Free shipping ( check for each country rate). If the item is unclaimed or a Purchaser submits a wrong or insufficient delivery address which causes a return of the product to us, the Purchaser agrees to pay the full shipping cost.

            4.1 Product Availability and Expected Dispatch Times

All lenses available on our online store can take up to 3 business days to be dispatched. Dispatch days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number as proof the consignment was sent. It is necessary to wait a few days before tracking your order as all data must be uploaded by the postal system.

Delivery times are approximate and not exact. Any delay does not constitute the rescission of the contract between Heyvue.com and the Purchaser. If insufficient data is given by the Purchaser to process the order, we will not be responsible for delays in delivery. In case of delays on our part beyond the reasonable time, we will issue a refund to the Purchaser.

               4.2 Expected Delivery Time

Delivery times will vary depending on your country and location.

Please note that delivery time is approximate. We do not guarantee delivery times.

Heyvue.com takes no responsibility for delays caused by the quality of the postal service in each country.

          4.3 Import Duties, Sales Taxes or Value Added Taxes

Some countries may charge import and/or sales taxes on contact lenses when the lenses arrive at Customs in the destination country. Heyvue.com does not have any control over this and it is Purchaser’s responsibility to pay any applicable taxes as required at the time of delivery in his/her country.

          4.4 Responsibilities

Once the item has been sent and the Purchaser has received their tracking number, the Purchaser agrees to take over full responsibility for delivery. Purchasers agree to track their own orders.

If the tracking for your parcel shows the wording ” Delivered”, Heyvue.com is unable to issue any refund.

All prices of the items on our website are paid in US Dollars currency.

CLAIMS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We cannot replace the lens or issue a refund if you do not like the color or the parameters you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes. Customers are required to consult with their Eye Care Specialist BEFORE ordering from our store. We can only accept returns if the lenses are found to be factory defective.

In the case that you receive factory defective lenses, we will exchange them free of charge. Defective contact lenses may only be exchanged for the exact same lens model, color and prescription.

In the case that you receive defective lenses, you must proceed as follows:

Contact Heyvue.com Customer Service Department blogging to your account and file a return

Return the defective lenses to Heyvue.com, including everything that came in the package with your shipments such as the box, blister, and labels.

If you have opened the blisters, place the lenses in a lens case with contact lens solution and return them to us with the box and include the opened blisters.

Returning defective lenses must be sent within seven business days from the time that the customer initially contacted Heyvue.com Customer Service Department to report the defect.

We recommend that you do not accept deliveries which are obviously damaged. For detailed information about returns, please visit our return policy section. The costs of returning the goods to Heyvue.com will be paid by the Purchaser. The purchaser agrees and accepts this policy.

  1. RESPONSIBILITY AND WARRANTIES

All items sold on Heyvue.com are delivered in original packaging and in accordance with the information sent by the Purchaser. We are not responsible for errors in the information made by the Purchaser at the time of order. The responsibility of proper use of the lenses and following the instructions included in each product falls upon the Purchaser. It is up to the Purchaser to follow proper maintenance, seek eye care and to regulate the tolerability of their own lenses. For this reason, we recommend a visit to your Eye Care Specialist every 6 months and that you follow the advice given in the instructions accompanying our product.

  1. PERSONAL INFORMATION

The personal information disclosed by the Purchaser at the time of the order will be retained by Heyvue.com in a computer database. All personal information will be treated solely for the purposes of the correct order entry, business contacts, and after-sales service. The customer is free at any time to request the modification or deletion of their own personal information.

  1. PLACE OF JURISDICTION

In the case of any disputes arising, the place of jurisdiction will be Lebanon.

  1. LIABILITY

Our site has been designed with the utmost precision and accuracy. In any case, Heyvue.com will not be liable for errors in the activity of the site. The images of the products are indicative only. See the product description for the technical characteristics of the products.

Return Policy

  • Heyvuet.com can only accept returns if the lenses are found to be factory defective. We cannot replace your lenses if you do not like the color or the parameters you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes. When ordering from our online store, you are confirming that you have consulted your Eye Care Specialist.
  • Heyvue.com supplies 3 days supply extra trails for Heyvue 1 day so you can try, in case of satisfaction you shall file the return before opening the boxes to guarantee the refund or exchange
  • Defective lenses must be returned before we can exchange them and may only be exchanged for the exact same lens model, color and prescription.
  • In the case that you receive defective lenses, you must proceed as follows:
  • – ContactHeyvue.com Customer Service Department by logging into your account and submit a return within seven business days from the receipt of your shipment, or by calling.
  • – Return the defective lenses to Heyvue.com , including everything that came in the package with your shipment such as the box, blister and labels.
  • – If you have opened the blisters, place the lenses in a lens case with contact lens solution and return them to us with the box and include the opened blisters.
  • – Returning defective lenses must be sent within seven business days from the time that the customer initially contacted Heyvue.com Customer Service Department to report the defect.
  • If you do not follow the instructions above, WE WILL NOT be able to replace your lenses or issue a refund.
  • We will examine each lens and check them for protein deposits which indicate whether the lens was used. If there is a scratch or tear on the lens and it was used, WE may not replace the lens.
  • You are requested to inspect the lenses before wearing them as advised in the instruction leaflet sent with your order. Please follow all the instructions in the leaflet on how to clean your lenses before using them.
  • Shipping charges for returns of defective lenses will be carried by the customer.
